1. All Sales Are Final
- All purchases made on DomeTents.ca are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product arrives damaged.
2. Damaged Products
- If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- To initiate a claim, please contact us at sales@dometents.ca and include the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos showing the damage to the product and packaging
3. Resolution for Damaged Products
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- A replacement of the damaged item (subject to availability)
- Tools or parts to repair the item.
- A refund to the original payment method
4. Exceptions and Limitations
- Claims submitted after the 7 days window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Minor variations in color, size, or design due to manufacturing processes are not considered defects and do not qualify as damages.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage is determined to be our fault.
5. Customs and Duties
- Refunds or replacements will not cover additional customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during delivery.
