Refund and Returns Policy - Dome Tents Canada

At DomeTents.ca, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality products. However, due to the nature of our business, the following policies apply to refunds and returns.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All purchases made on DomeTents.ca are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product arrives damaged.

2. Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a claim, please contact us at sales@dometents.ca and include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the damage
    • Clear photos showing the damage to the product and packaging

3. Resolution for Damaged Products

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
    • A replacement of the damaged item (subject to availability)
    • Tools or parts to repair the item.
    • A refund to the original payment method

4. Exceptions and Limitations

  • Claims submitted after the 7 days window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Minor variations in color, size, or design due to manufacturing processes are not considered defects and do not qualify as damages.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage is determined to be our fault.

5. Customs and Duties

  • Refunds or replacements will not cover additional customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during delivery.
